Unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, the female breakfast host is so hostile. No pool towels. The gym is bad. This is a poor 3 star hotel.

Location location location. Pleasant (small windowless) room and super comfy bed

For a 3 star hotel to have poor wifi is just not ok. It was spotty and weak my first two days, and for a time did not even work in the lobby. System is set up when you leave your device 1 minute or more u get logged off & must manually re-log again

The hotel room was fine, the free wifi was great, the ac was quiet and unobtrusive -all was to high standard

1. the shower only gave tepid, not hot water2. the hotel fixed a taxi to the airport at 0400. but the taxi driver could not give me a receipt. On complaint the Hotel scanned and sent me a receipt which was kept at the hotel

They offered me to see a different room after I decided to leave but I declined, damage was done.

They should not offer a discount on sub-standard rooms, the rooms should be fixed before renting.

location is good for Pasar Seni, the bed is comfortable

The door of the bathroom is quite uncomfortable, one door for both shower and toile usethe biggest problem is the shower room got a frost glass window, however there is not sunshade.water heater is very badevery morning the sunlight wake me up very early

Elevators were a bit wonky, 8 flights of stairs can be rough

Its value for money, they provide free parking but the too small and its difficult to park my car

The room is quite dusty. Also, the washroom is quite badly designed as the water from shower would easily wet the entire washroom, and even got the bedroom a little wet. Overall, these renders the price at the slightly higher end, with better choice available right next door.

It was near China town walking distance

The surrounding was dirty pool was small nowhere to sit one broken chair hallways were dark depressing,room did not have enough lighting and too noisy ,we could hear everything from next door. Needs a lot of updating to bring it up to standard

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the location is good !

The only thing who was a bit weird was the fact that we didn’t have a window in our room

Worst Experience. Although I booked a stay for 2 adults and one child, when we arrived, we were given a room for only two. Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes for check-in because there was only one receptionist dealing with an issue, but we were exhausted and had to wait! I had to pay extra for an for an additional bed, and they changed our room. Then, they informed us that there was no hot water, and indeed, on the first day, there was absolutely none! I would have expected a discount, not an additional charge for the extra bed. I always pay attention to these things when booking, and I take the price for three as the final price, provided there is no mention of an extra charge for an additional bed in the in the terms! We chose a room without a window, which we were aware of, but at night we were disturbed by noise from other rooms. Terrible. And the pool? There are only two sunbeds by the pool! The hotel feels more like a hostel with basic services. To top it off, when we checked out, we forgot about the deposit as we were rushing to the airport early in the morning. The receptionist didn't remind us about the deposit, and they kept it. I then emailed the hotel several times asking them to refund the deposit to my credit card. No response! Thanks to Booking.com, we eventually received compensation for the stay and the deposit back, but without them, the hotel would not have refunded anything! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Location was strategic & walking distance to Petaling Street & Central market & eateries

Incredible location, walking distance to central market, china town and the main metro lines. Beds comfy and clean. Daily house keeping. Rooftop pool and gym access.

Unfortunately they are having an issue with hot water, so we had cold showers during our stay. Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbours this may be an issue. Generally dated building.

Location super close to the KL Stanchart marathon venue

Cleanliness was...sus. It didn't feel clean, dusty under the bed. Bed flimsy. Room VERY noisy, barely slept from the bikes and cars roaring by. Reception lady didn't make any effort to be friendly or nice.

Restaurant service good and little reception girl was good and kind

There is no carpet and the waiter didn’t help to take luggages. The receipt didn’t check properly about water or tea bags each day. Reception refused to check and give help.

Pillows too thick and not as soft (quite firm).... caused neck pain for smaller sized people

Starategic location in KL, near Central Market, Petaling Street, Merdeka Square. Easy to access other shops like NyNews, 7eleven & others.

- Not provide iron, prayer mat (for Muslim).- TV channel should be improved.

Location is fantastic

Maintenance isn't great, old decor, needs updating, wasn't very clean overall. Management was arguing with a customer about a lost deposit in the lobby when I was checking in. Management didn't seem helpful with the customer. Customer tried to tell me about it and the management got angry with the customer for telling me what happened.
